Pizza Hut

~HORRIBLE SERVICE, SKETCHY STAFF, AND POOR HYGIENE~ Ordered pickup during quarantine. Was told the pizza would be ready after 15 mins. Went to the restaurant and was immediately helped by a woman who said she’d be back with our pizza. We sat there for another 30 MINS and we had called the restaurant in the mean time to confirm we were there for pickup. While waiting, the lady that we first spoke with had gone out to her car which was near us. There was some boy sleeping in her car and she never addressed us about our pizza needing more time. We were the only people there and clearly our order was somehow forgotten. When we finally got our pizza, the woman apologized saying it was her 2nd day on the job. Later we found a hair stuck under the sticker place on our wing box that was her color hair. This place has gone downhill. Used to be a nice restaurant with kind workers, now the restaurant is poorly ran and has trashy workers.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I have worked in fast food and I’ve never seen or experienced anything like it. They don’t speak, talk very rude to you when they do speak. Saw them wearing no gloves also no hair nets. Took forever for the manger to come speak with me and she was worse then her employees! I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog ! If i could give zero stars i would!

Ordered for carry out, went to pick up and texted the number on the GIANT sign as directions stated for contactless pick up. About 15 min passed and no one came out so I did it again. Same thing, so I called. He stated “he doesn’t think they get those messages.” I told them that they need to put a sign up because that’s what people are going to expect the protocol to be. Even after calling I had to wait another 15 minutes to get my food. Total, I waited an hour from the time I called, with a baby in the car, and they said it would be 15-20 minutes from when I called. Very bad service. We’re not respectful or kind at all about their own mess up. Next time, I’ll drive further to a different location for better service.

Was told it would be an hour to have our food delivered. Called at an hour and 15 minutes and was told that my food had been out of the oven for 5 minutes but it was going to be another 25 minutes atleast. They offered to discount the order 5 dollars. Finally got our cold food and it was free, we think (going to check my bank account) delivery driver was very nice, shift manager was not nice at all. Really should have a 0 star option.

Went there for the lunch buffet with my kids, they had 5 specialty pizzas out. Took 30 mins to get a cheese pizza made. They were busy but instead of the manager helping out he want outside to smoke and hangout with his gf, who showed up. update 7/10/19 they have made it worse, now when you call the store if they don't pick up right away it goes to a call center. Way to go pizza hut you now made ordering a pizza worse then calling Charter Communications.
