Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Worst Popeyes location I've ever been to. I started with the fries and thought they tasted blander than other Popeyes locations I've been to, but thought it was okay that every store has a different level. I then tried the thigh and thought it was a pretty dry thigh. I didn't think too much as I just took that things in this store tastes worse than other locations. After two more bites I found out that they gave me a breast instead of a thigh. I took the remaining half to the staff for a change, but he blamed me for already eating it...He called the manager and she told me the same thing. Firstly, how am I supposed to tell the difference without eating if their own staff can't? Secondly, how does it matter? Are they implying that if I give a more complete breast back, they can instead sell it to other customers? Either case, it's not acceptable.

I waited.in drive thru 30mins to be told have no wings, ok ordered butterfly shrimp look like they gave me the ones that were to be thrown away but an order came in so let's box it up and sell throw a bunch of fries over so they can't tell. The manager they have know of Indian decent he is SO RUDE,NO CUSTOMER SERVICE he doesn't even try to make things better just says you want your money back or what. As long as he is there Popeyes will continue to go down I see so many complaints and the community talking about how that restaurant is not good under his leadership he has no skills the workers ALWAYS LOOK SO TENSE AND SCARED TO Work in fear of making mistakes and his mouth. I know no one cares it's about money but look at your bottom line,I know it's been a change since the kind Asian manager was helping. Just take a look at sakes how it's decline. They are always OUT OF FOOD,NEVER PARTICIPATE WITH THE SALES/COMMERCIALS, BUSY SPECIALS ALWAYS SAY 15MINS CHICKEN READY like you didn't know it's a promotion taking place and forces you to buy something else. The way The driveway is you cannot leave you cannot leave if you do not want something from the menu you are forced to wait in line with everybody even if you decide there is nothing you want they need to fix that too it is that's true it is all a scam
