Burger King

Terrible service..we ordered 2 for $10 meal and the chicken was cold and sonwas patty...asked for order to be made fresh. Manager said its unbelievable they weren't cold..but they'll re make them. My friend was eating her burger and found a hard plastic inside her burger.. Good thing she caught it when she bit down..Took it to management and asked for her receipt..took a bit before they returned her money. Plastic came from what seems to be outside bread bag.

Three times we have gone to this burger king with in the past two months, each time the drink fountains were broken and the ones that did work had a horrible taste like they had not been cleaned. My two year old got her nuggets after we had to wait for them to specially cook them and when she bit into them she made a face. I tore a few a part to find them raw/frozen, the burgers had been either premade and had been sitting out all day or their toppings had been frozen and then dethawed. Each time I've nicely asked them to fix the situation but when you walk into a food establishment and there is a bucket of dirty water and a mop sitting at the door which someone in the back says it was left over from the previous night shift at closing, it makes you wonder what else hadn't been taken care of. I at least gave them the benefit of the doubt but oh well.

Pablo is the worst I went inside this burger king for a meal and I saw him accosting the employees. I felt disgusted with his actions towards them. I also noticed him accosting the customers as well. One employee mentioned him as a district manager. In my opinion he doesn't deserve that title if he is going to behave that way towards customers and employees. Worst of all was how he treated my favorite employee now. Look we all get fired at one point in our lives or another. But hollering it at the kid in front of customers and employees. Telling him he will get nothing not even his check. Then doing the same to the kids mom and claiming she was trying to do a scam. Pablo your the scam your cheap and rude. #Fire Pablo

The last straw! I don't expect a 5 start meal from a fast food restaurant but this is a 2 star. Every time i visit, the food is cold. I've lived in the benbrook area for a few months and i've been there a hand full of times. This past weekend, a little after 9, I ordered a number 1, which is a whopper and a apple pie. This is what i got. This is beyond lazy. I didn't even get the apple pie that i paid for. By the time i made it home, i didn't have the energy to go back. The heavy set African American cashier could use a class on customer service as well.

Food is always cold and veggies are old like from the night before. Yes BK I can tell anyone can it taste nasty. The staff is very slow and rude. Not in the sense of talking bad to the customer, but they do disregard your complain and not try to make it better. But what can you expect when the staff is a bunch of kids. I mean even the store manager can be more then 23 year old. I blame the district manager. I live in Benbrook and I driver all the way to Hulen St for BK now. I will never spend another cent at this Benbrook burger king.
