Chick-fil-a

This was the most enjoyable, most exciting time I've had in Fort worth TX. Something so simple had such a positive impact on myself and a co-worker we met up and had such a great time eating here. The staff was very informative and cheerful. The restaurant was clean and as we ended our meal we were requested so politely that the dine-in area was going to be closing we were welcomed to sit outside we declined but to be offered that just said we love you as customers feel comfortable!!! Excellent staff, that mind you although we are still in covid and the cleaning process they started early. The humor in this environment that night was well worth the mask the safety policy and money.

Our daughter and I had been running errands all morning and it was lunch time. We were hungry! So our daughter started up their app, and ordered our food. We were towing a trailer with garden supplies and did not want to clog up the drive thru. So we parked and she went in to pick it up. As always, the food was great, and service fast.

Wow never thought I’d be giving any chick fil a a bad review. But MICHAEL at the drive thru today, so rude. He treated me like I was being the rude one and I wasn’t, I was just annoyed because the communication at the drive thru was off and I knew my order was wrong. Still drove home and there it was, my wrong order. No one asked what dressing I wanted and so when I told him he said YEAH sure. Then threw one small packet of hot sauce. Also I asked for a spicy sandwich and they gave me the whole meal. Anyway, Michael is the problem, not the food or others.

We love Chick-fil-A. This location works hard to get your food served faster even though there's long lines. They always have multiple employees taking order outside to get the lines moving faster. The inside is cleaner compared to the past and so is the play area. The tables are so close its hard to move around easily. There's always kids in their play area. It's one of our favorite Chick-fil-A.
