Chicken Express

I am extremely dissapointed....this is the third time our food has not been correct. We orderd 2, 7 piece chicken strip dinners. That is what I paid for....we both had 2, 4 piece dinners and our sides were wrong. We opened one of the gravies and it looked like powdered milk....we through the gravy away. You need to step up your game or hire a staff that is knowledgeable to run this establishment. Please see pic below, the gravy they server us.

Stars definitely not given for the food. It was for the employee taking the order. I was highly disappointed in the food. I ordered a two piece with a drumstick & wing. I could place both pieces in the palm of one hand and close my hand. Now, I have a small size hand. How crazy. At least give one normal sized piece of chicken or throw in an extra if all that small. Secondly, when I bit into the drumstick the chicken clearly was not done. I can promise I won't be rushing out for Chicken Express anytime soon! (At least this location

It's local, it's fried chicken, it's not always consistent, staff is young, they are friendly, the food is fast food chicken, the sides are fast food sides. We eat there off and on, I believe just depending on the time and staff some days are better than others. Try it. If you enjoy it. Go back. Support local.

Not the best Chicken Express. Tea is very watered down on a regular basis, and tastes like sugar water. They don't know what they're small medium and large is at this location, they never give the right size so you have to order the specific ounce size lol. Fries are overly salty and always taste old, and customer service is really horrible. It's a bunch of rude teens, and they just stand around and talk. I miss literally every single other town I lived in because they all had better chicken expresses than here.

First I pull up to the drive thru and wait about 2 minutes before someone said “order when you’re ready” then I get to the window and the same girl who was working drive thru was at the window and her customer service was garbage didn’t say my total, had a ugly attitude, didn’t say thank you have a good day, or any type of greeting at that! I understand everyone has a bad day but if you are working drive thru you need to at least give some type enthusiasm making people want to come back then I get home and check and I order (7) express tenders only to come home with four IF IM PAYING FOR 7 tenders And pay an arm and a leg for then I’m expecting 7 not 4 !

I picked up meals for my coworkers and it was all cold and I was missing a side I ordered. According to Zack they cannot remake the food without me bringing it back so I have to clock out again to return some cold food. Terrible customer service. We went back to resolve the issue and Zack was very rude. There was another manager on site that was helping me out, but he rudely interrupted so he could do it his way. He did not want to make the food again even though we hadn’t eaten due to being in a lunch rush. He had an attitude the entire time on the phone and in person, we will never come back.
