Not only was my sandwich delivered to the wrong house, it took nearly 2 hours to be delivered. Once my neighbor brought it over, this is what I got…. I’ve ordered two more times since then hoping it was an off day. It absolutely was not an off day. This location is anything but “freaky fast.” They are freaky slow and take more than an hour, sometimes 2 hours to deliver!!!

Good and fresh, pretty standard for Jimmy John's. Their sandwiches are delicious. The Texas locations aren't as expensive as some other states. Basic customer service.

I love Jimmy John's but this location could benefit from better quality bread. The store I use to go to would have soft fresh tasting bread. Since moving here, I've visited this location and few times and each time the bread is hard and not fresh.

I ordered from the one in Fort Worth in Benbrook I called because I didn't see the food and when I went to look for it I found it on the concrete under a plant where the dirt was on my food instead of the table that was right there.
