I had a wonderful experience at Caffe Adagio. The staff was very friendly. The menu offered a number of dairy free and gluten free options. I will definitely be returning!

I love this place. I actually discovered it after the start of quarantine, and it has given me something to look forward to a few times a week. They make hands-down the best half-sweet hot mocha I've ever had, and it's consistently good no matter who makes it. Can't wait to spend time here when I can actually sit down and enjoy the atmosphere. Kind staff, and the music choices are always good.
Update 2022: They are so sweet, they celebrated my day off! Get cuter Adagio!

This is our favorite coffee place in Bellingham. Consistently great coffee, artistically presented. Lunches are great too! Their whole bean coffee, Caffe d'Arte, is our favorite at home to (especially "Meaning of Life", a great medium-dark roast).

Okay, there are scads of coffee shops in Bellingham, WA. But I am here to tell you, go straight to Cafe Adagio, the place with the best espresso, the best lattes, the best cappuccinos and this town. A taste of Italy!

I love this place! Great atmosphere and food. Beverages can take a little while as they are normally very busy, but it is worth the wait

Lovely staff and good drinks and pastries! I got an Italian soda and a chocolate croissant and my friend got a lavender oatmilk late and a cookie and it was all so good! The staff was very kind and the atmosphere of the place was great! We stayed for an hour while drawing and drinking our drinks it was such a lovely place definatly will be coming back!
