Dunkin'

I ordered a coffee today order number 448, which was made by this so very kind young lady! (I didn’t get her name unfortunately). My morning started pretty rough after working overnight, but I must say that this coffee was made with so much love! It tastes absolutely delicious! Best coffee I ever had! My energy is right back up! Thank you so much for making my day, God bless you❤️

They do alright. Their card machine was broken though when I went there and I needed to use cash and coins but I guess that happens sometimes. Dunkin food is acceptable at best. Their donuts are good in the morning but bagels not so great and taste old. They just came out with a decent avocado toast and they do try to mix up the menu often to keep it appealing. My favorite item is the "regular" coffee and they have surprisingly good espresso drinks.

Absolute terrible service here. I’ve been coming here for nearly a year regularly because I have five kids and the drive thru is the only one that’s close. I really wish I had been taking notes on all the absolutely awful experiences I’ve had here. My regular order is a large cold brew with hazelnut swirl (which is sweetened) and cream. At least half the times I’ve ordered they’ve put hazelnut flavor, which is unsweetened. I understand the confusion and have been patient every single time. I’m regularly met with the worst attitudes I’ve ever seen in customer service. There are a few team members that are very nice, but the horrifically rude ones sure do make up for it. One day I was told that I was wrong about the missing swirl, the girl at the window was nearly combative over it, and when they finally agreed to remake it she doubled the swirl of a normal drink. I combined the unsweetened and sweetened drinks when I got home and they were perfect...so apparently she thought I was just somehow missing the swirl in my first drink or just wanted to be spiteful. Today, the guy stood there arguing with me about whether there was swirl in it. I get the same drink every single day. No sweetener vs. sweetener is pretty damn noticeable. I never approach customer service rudely...I was only politely asking for my correct drink, and was met with that. Absolutely terrible. I’ve probably wasted close to sixty dollars at this particular location from incorrect orders, missing items, etc., but worse were the awful responses from employees. I’ll never come back to this location and I’ll be making sure to call corporate and advise everyone on base not to come here. This place needs a complete overhaul.

Literally worst dunkin donuts. Today I ordered a sandwich with no cheese, the lady confirmed twice that it was without cheese. They forgot my drink, and gave me the sanwhich extremely burnt and with tons of cheese. This has happened legit everytime I have gone here. People are rude and unhelpful, drive through is very narrow and hard to get through.

I ordered two medium vanilla chai at the drive thru , since i was in a rush i did not see them until i got to my destination . There i noticed both cups were filled less than half the cup! I paid for Medium size for both and got a size small put into my cups , so i recommend to take your business elsewhere where you wont be disappointed ☹️
