Ihop

Started off pretty good. We were seated within 5 mins. 20 minutes after that someone came to take our order. It wasn’t even busy , we could see them on the other side just doing nothing but wouldn’t come to our table. (In the middle someone did come to ask if we are ready and we said we were, still no one bothered). 20 minutes later we ordered and exactly 1 hour 12 mins later we got our food. There were just 3 more tables other than ours. What exactly were they doing that they were so busy? Worst service, actually no service at all. That one star is for the food cuz that was the only thing good about it.

Here's the deal: 🍳🥓🥞This IHOP looked closed from the outside and even after walking in. They were only doing takeout. There was ONE employee working TOTAL. Here's my thoughts... its very sad nobody wants to work but these establishments SHOULD NOT have an employee working solo. That's just not safe. Ordered online, of course the food was fresh and hot and ready when I arrived. Order was accurate including syrups and utensils. Whatever you do, please be kind to these employees! We are all human, getting through this pandemic together. #TiaTriedIt

Absolute worst service ever! Waited for so long in a nearly empty place, without a waiting list or even acknowledgement by the staff. Felt like it was extremely understaffed which is probably the reason for the employees ignoring us. They didn’t even care that multiple parties were leaving out of frustration, some even after ordering food. We came with a baby and really needed warm water to heat his milk while we wait. I couldn’t even get an employee to look at us once to ask that. We ended up going to another place for brunch that day, thank goodness we decided to leave!

The waitress was nice but we were the only people there and it took 20 min for them to get out our food and the whole time they are gossiping so loud they were basically yelling and the food was quite horrible. Usually we love Ihop but this was just horrible. The silverware wasn't even fully cleaned.
