Prompt. Polite. Fresh. Fast. Delicious. If you've ever been to one, you'll know what to expect. Only ding:clean restrooms, stalls. . .but soap dispenser empty. Otherwise, I'd give 5 stars.

basically Went in for coffee and donuts.. The last 2 or 3 times I've been to Dunkin' donuts the coffee was always lukewarm never hot that's a great disappointment when you're a coffee lover.. donuts are great.

I always go in to get the cold foam, I love the hazelnut flavor & the staff is friendly at Beckley. Both Morning & Evening shift.

The drinks and donuts taste good but the staff is awful. They're rude, unorganized, and incompetent.

Always a satisfied customer me and my daughter are frequent drive through customer's and they are always polite and friendly and most the time know are order just by hearing one of our voices and to the young girl in the drive through window this morning the chocolate croissant made my day special Thank you.

Staff was super friendly and a beautifully clean store, but service was a little on the slow side of things. I believe they had some technical issues the day I was there. But I absolutely loved the new pumpkin spice cold brew!

Here lately when I have went to dunkin on my way to work the evening shift crew is very rude with the exception of a couple employees, on top of the rudeness the coffee has not been the greatest.

Order was totally wrong. Was given the same cold drink 3 times. Ordered a hot drink. The Avocado toast with bacon had no bacon. Said they fixed it. Nope just got charged for it.
