Just get gas station coffee*, at least you’ll get what you’re expecting and paying for. Two almost identical drinks in an order placed through the app. From the pics, you can see how the drink I got was very far from what I ordered. Didn’t check it on the spot because it was scalding hot and I was afraid to open then the lid. It’s probably yesterday’s reboiled decaf, too. * no offense gas stations, some of y’all have badass coffee!!

The door says they open at 6am an so does there website but when ya show there don’t open till after 7am. Literally outside watching them walking in an out an locking the door back laughing. I would fire every single one in there on morning shift. Worst Starbucks location I have ever been to in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went there this morning to get a coffee, the woman at the window informed me that they didn’t have what I wanted, which is fine I understand there is a shortage on things, so I simply asked for a caramel something. I would have been fine with anything, but there was a woman in the back with blue hair and a head set who in a very hateful manner said “well I need to know exactly what she wants” I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. I wasn’t looking at a menu, and I normally get the same thing every single time. If people are expected to understand that they’re out of something’s then the staff should be less hateful, especially when the customer isn’t being that way. Kindness goes a long way, I have went here for years and I will not be returning. Also, I didn’t get a caramel anything, I ended up with a dark mocha. Do better.
