Rico's Pizza

We came from Canada to go to the nascar races at Watkins Glen. Ricos was right down the road from the hotel so we figured we would try it out. I’m so glad we did, it was so good! Big slices too. My fiancé went in and was talking with the owner (I believe). He said he was really friendly & welcoming! We plan on coming back for more races so we will definitely be by again someday!

My review is regarding the service and response I received from the manager Jayden (I hope i spelled that correctly!). I had a bit of a mess up regarding an order I placed last Sunday, and Jayden took care of the issue promptly and professionally. She is quite an asset to this business. She is the reason I spent another $65 today.

This place has extremely nice and helpful employees and they have incredibly tasty pizza too. My husband was layed over, and I called Rico's because all of the reviews were excellent, and the pictures from the reviews looked great. I asked the man what was good there and he named all of the many specialty pizzas that they had, and told me what came on them. He was really nice. I picked the garden pizza and it was delicious!!! My husband brought me back two pieces and I wanted more. Lol This is a fantastic place to get an amazingly delectable pizza that will have you wanting more. Thank you, Rico's!!! We will be back. Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Pizza and garlic knots were amazing! Only problem I had was we had it delivered to the truck stop and no one called to tell me they delivered it to the front desk. I had to call and ask and then she told us it was delivered 5 minutes ago. That angered me bc our pizza was already just about cold by then. That was the whole purpose in me providing my number to call.
