This is the whole in the wall classic burrito place real burrito lovers understand and cherish. Tyler the owner is a gem. Devin was great and very friendly when we asked a bunch of questions about the hot sauces. The chips are v salty which is 🤌. Sweet potato burrito with spinach wrap was excellent. From a hardened NYC burrito connoisseur - nice work!

I love their burritos. Super tasty, lots of options. Leaves you full for sure. Plus the specials can be unique and tasty.
If you compare pricing to other food vendors that serve the same food in the area, it's not far off. Mateo's is not too expensive. I go here throughout the year. Probably at least once a month.
