We were coming through Batesville late on a Sunday night on our way to southern Texas. Eating late on a Sunday night does not leave you with many options. We were pleasantly surprised by our choice. The food was deliciously fresh! The service was fantastic. The establishment was super clean. The food also came out super quick.

We ordered 2 pizzas and it was so sad!
First of all, the pizza was dry and tasteless
It wasn’t even hot it was cold.
And the crust was so hard you couldn’t even bite it without
Breaking it in half with your hands.
Some parts of the pizza slices where uncooked on the
Bottom.
We couldn’t return it because this was for a party
And I was in a hurry because there was guest waiting for me.
The guest were very sad but still ate the pizza and threw away the hard crust this made me feel shameful to give my guest this pizza.
For this it deserves 0 stars because it was expensive
And I got not even slightest bit of good taste in the pizza
I think this pizza seems like it’s been made 2-1 days ago
And only been reheated again for my order
Wasn’t even fresh at all.
This was so shameful.

I hate that our pizza hut in town is a joke. Hungry during work and ordered a pizza and breadsticks. These are my breadsticks. Just plain bread. This is ridiculous. Tried calling and it rang at first then it seemed like they put the phone off the hook or something. Finally got someone to answer and they offered to remake it or credit our account. As far as the account I probably won't be reordering so no point in that. It was a waste of time and money.

Well the employees were very nice & helpful. Even though the drive thru window says not to walk up to it, I did. My car died while I was waiting for it to get closer to 5:15pm and had 3 different people help with a jump, jumper cables. Would definitely recommend that Pizza Hut

Pizza Hut on Harrison St. In Batesville, AR always have my pizza hot and ready on time. Their drive through and staff are fast and friendly.

Very nice waiter named John greeted us the moment we walked in and we were seated immediately. He was excellent and made sure we were well taken care of. Very attentive service. Personal pan pizzas delicious! The menus are new and clean. All employees are smiling and friendly. Excellent service. Would give the 5 stars but the ceiling is filthy, especially by the air vents. Building needs maintenance, especially cleaning the air ducts and ceiling around them in the dining area. Yuck.

The Boneless Wings were barley covered in sauce. The cheese pizza we ordered for a child was not fully cooked. The "triple treat" box was not a triple treat box at all. It can in 5 different boxes. First time there and definitely disappointed.

Twice I have ordered diet Pepsi and received regular soda. The first time it was at least Pepsi I was brought the second time it was Dr pepper. I do not like Dr pepper. The food was good but I remember pizza hut being more generous with toppings on the pizza.
