Captain D's

Shout out to the young lady that was working the counter. I wish I had gotten her name bit she was on duty 6/12. She needed help with the rush that took place, but she took care of each of us with a smile and awesome attitude. Her work ethic should be commended. Food was awesome and place was clean. Thank you ma'am for a pleasant experience for two travelers on their way home. If you are looking for a place to grab a quick but delicious meal look no farther.

Great fast food option for Batesville. Quick and fresh, awesome customer service and attention to detail. I'd love to see our local community support this chain over some of the other options in Batesville. They care about the customer, treat people with respect and unlike most other places in town. your order is right.

The lady at the window that took my order was professional and nice. However, I was cussed out by another employee in there as I was waiting for the food at the window. A lady pulled around beside me and said she had the same thing done to her. I called Batesville Captain D's and talked to the manager. This happened around 5pm, 3/17/22.

On Wednesday February 03, 2021 at about 12noon. Me and my wife stopped at Captain D Batesville went through drive through placed order. Played for order and did receive order. Left parking lot. Pulled to auto zone lot and was about to get eat on and noticed the order wasn't right. Returned to Captain D through drive through again explained to cashier about order . cashier asked me to pull up to window. I asked cashier could I come inside to get order right. We were behind 4 more cars. Cashier stated lobby only opened to carryout only. Finally convinced her to let me come inside to get order right. Went inside with wrong order spoke to manager about order little did I know the person that took the order and that I was speaking g to at window was the manager. The manager got wrong order from me and threw the order back into the window toward the kitchen. Other customers said to me I know she didn't throw your food into that window. I then asked the manager was she alright. No response. I than asked for a refund on order. 23.00 lost that day. Manager you need to lead by example. I'm just saying I had to do this review because this lady was the manager. Shame on you manager.
