Mcdonald's

I ordered my food, somehow they managed to mess my sandwich up (shocking I know don’t know why I expect them to ACTUALLY know how to read a order properly) and now even having wiped the sauce And ketchup off my sandwich (which I specifically said I did not want any sauce) I can’t eat it. Officially deleted my mobile account because I’m sick of getting food poisoning multiple times and them consistently messing up any order I place. ✌🏻

Went through the drive thru and received the completely wrong order. Took the bag inside with receipt to fix mistake. Received new order fairly quickly but was still missing 20pc McNuggets. Finally after a third attempt I got my order correct. I understand that things happen and stuff goes wrong but I believe I should’ve been at least offered a discount or a coupon for my next order. I certainly do not go looking for freebies as I have worked in a restaurant and my parents ran a burger joint. I just think at that point I should’ve been offered a discount. It took 3 attempts to get my order correct. When I worked in the restaurant industry if this had happened to one of my customers one of the meals would have been comped or a complimentary dessert would’ve been offered. Something to show that we care about your business.
