Waterman’s staff arrived on time and provided the most delicious food and crabs. They were very attentive to each and every guest. It was truly a pleasure to work with them. All of the guests were very pleased with the quality and quantity of food served. The staff truly exceeded all expectations. We highly recommend Waterman’s and look forward to having them service our crab feast next year.

I came in and ordered a Friday special (crab quesadilla $9.99: very reasonable). I was told in came with cheese, onions & peppers.
Customer service was very pleasant. I was greeted and was ready to be served along with some recommendations. My food took about 12 min to prepare.
Got to my car, took a bite and realized there were no onions and peppers. Again, customer service was pleasant and ensured the order was completed.
My only dissatisfaction: quesadilla was no longer crisp, the texture became soggy. I appreciate the quesadilla was reheated, but it was too much oil added. Flavor was good, amount of crab was reasonable for a special, but collectively I would give my visit a 4 and come back again.

I can only review the crab deviled eggs and coddies. Both were great and everyone in my office loved them too. I'll definitely be back for more.
Also- My food was delivered and the restaurant tied a knot in my bag and placed a tamper safe sticker over the knot. Sounds simple but I really appreciate it, because not every food delivery comes secured.

Please separate your line into two!! One should be for customers who are ordering in-store, and the other should be for pick-up. I came in and it was CRAZY... but it didn't need to be that way. Nice servers/cashier's but it was disorganized and people were almost becoming hostile. Just make two lines. I promise it will make things better. I like your restaurant, but please fix this!

Customer service was great everybody was kind, inviting and had no problem explaining the menu, if you can't decide what to order. They have a large menu of different seafood idea to choose from, and everything is cooked fresh to ordered. I ordered two lump crab cake platters and a pound of steamed Shrimp. The crab cakes were cooked perfect and they were ALL meat (no heavy breading). I ordered fries, hush puppies, and deviled eggs as a side. The fries are amazing 😍👌, the hush puppies are good as well, but the deviled eggs are lack luster to say the least 😂🤷🏿♂️. The steamed shrimp were spot on and they come with onions and obay for free 🔥. Waterman's seafood pride definitely gets my stamp of "Baltimore seafood place you must eat in if you visit". The prices are surprisingly reasonable when you think about the delicious seafood dishes they're serving 💯. I don't have anything bad to say about my experience, the deviled eggs are wack but I feel like I'm jus knit picking 😂😂🤣. It's in a great shopping center that has a 3$ movie theater, Rita's and other stores to shop in. I'd suggest you try Waterman's Pride Seafood if you're ever craving seafood 💯.

From Ohio “crabcakes” are smashed patties with almost no crab in them. This places crabcakes are literally shredded crab and are so delicious. It was the best 15 dollars on a sandwich I have ever spent

I bought three dozen, large males as a birthday treat for me and my son, they were amazing; packed with meat and delicious yellow mustard and even the small legs had meat that came right out. I ate them for two nights after I purchased them, I wanted to make crab cakes but, I just couldn't stop eating them, even the third night the mustard was just as delicious as the first. I've gotten crabs at Waterman's since my sister recommended them and I'll never go anywhere else.

We love this place!! Just went to the crab feast for the 7th year in a row. Yes we had to wait for some crabs but it was worth it!! Some of the best we have had. Not one single bad crab between the 2 tables we had. Even had some jumbo crabs mixed in.

We have been buying crabs from Watermans since they opened. They are delicious we mostly order the 1 or 2 dollar crabs because it’s what we can afford. I guarantee they are fuller and bigger than other crab houses you pay for mediums at 70 a dozen. Honest nice people. Our only go to crab place!

Awesome prices, crabs ARE always very heavy. The staff is awesome. When I call in they give me a time and my crabs are done as soon as I walk in. Best crabs in town. I love steamed crabs & soft crabs. My father gets the Soft crabs are out of this world, they actually cover a whole sandwich, always juicy & thick you have to be a soft crab person to know what I mean. Besides having best crabs in town, reasonable prices the people that work there are always very helpful, respectful & the nicest people with a smile & always a "Thank You" wouldn’t go anywhere else
