Waterman’s staff arrived on time and provided the most delicious food and crabs. They were very attentive to each and every guest. It was truly a pleasure to work with them. All of the guests were very pleased with the quality and quantity of food served. The staff truly exceeded all expectations. We highly recommend Waterman’s and look forward to having them service our crab feast next year.

I can only review the crab deviled eggs and coddies. Both were great and everyone in my office loved them too. I'll definitely be back for more.
Also- My food was delivered and the restaurant tied a knot in my bag and placed a tamper safe sticker over the knot. Sounds simple but I really appreciate it, because not every food delivery comes secured.

Please separate your line into two!! One should be for customers who are ordering in-store, and the other should be for pick-up. I came in and it was CRAZY... but it didn't need to be that way. Nice servers/cashier's but it was disorganized and people were almost becoming hostile. Just make two lines. I promise it will make things better. I like your restaurant, but please fix this!

I came in and ordered a Friday special (crab quesadilla $9.99: very reasonable). I was told in came with cheese, onions & peppers.
Customer service was very pleasant. I was greeted and was ready to be served along with some recommendations. My food took about 12 min to prepare.
Got to my car, took a bite and realized there were no onions and peppers. Again, customer service was pleasant and ensured the order was completed.
My only dissatisfaction: quesadilla was no longer crisp, the texture became soggy. I appreciate the quesadilla was reheated, but it was too much oil added. Flavor was good, amount of crab was reasonable for a special, but collectively I would give my visit a 4 and come back again.

I bought three dozen, large males as a birthday treat for me and my son, they were amazing; packed with meat and delicious yellow mustard and even the small legs had meat that came right out. I ate them for two nights after I purchased them, I wanted to make crab cakes but, I just couldn't stop eating them, even the third night the mustard was just as delicious as the first. I've gotten crabs at Waterman's since my sister recommended them and I'll never go anywhere else.
