I've been coming to Potbelly since they open here in Baltimore. Turned my son on and it bacame our spot before him went back to Colorado. Now he's craving for Potbelly !!!

L♡ve their food, staff and location!! We stopped there last night on our way back to the hotel before 8 pm. Gosh, their sandwiches were delicious!! We're in heaven! Also, their homemade chocolate-chip brownies were fantastic! We had to stop there again before heading home. The guy who made the sandwiches last night remembered us today. He greeted us with a huge smile! Highly recommended! Two thumbs up! Thank you for making our visit a memorable one in Baltimore!
This location beats the one on Charles Street... hands down. The staff is quick, attentive, and friendly. They made a mistake on my order and fixed it quick. I will definitely be visiting this location over the Charles Street one.
The employees were very friendly and courteous. The chicken salad sandwich is now my favorite. I never liked it before so I'm unsure if I can get it anywhere else. Potbelly has me hooked.
OMG what happened here. Three staff members were working. Doing their jobs but no one was helping each other out as team members when someone got in the weeds. The two female members were on their phones, on opposite ends of the line. One girl got angered because of the lack of help that she walked out. About fifteen minutes later the male subject stormed out slamming the main door open. While the first female that left Sat not ten feet from me a paying customer, trashing the girl who they left behind, and the customers... of which I was one in the assumed time period. The floor show was horrible. I hope it's better next week. Maybe a musical number.
And to expect a tip, for what service?

Amazing sandwiches. Went recently for first time and I was in shock how good the food was. Haven't had a sandwich that good in a long time. Prices were very reasonable. Nice indoor seating. Clean facility. Staff friendly and professional. Convenient location. Definitely would recommend and would go again to eat.
Sandwiches are delicious. Love eating there. Some of the workers are pleasant some are lacking common respect. Sometimes the service is lacking. Workers don't have that welcoming face or voice. Always seem ran down and tired kinda it he like that some times. So I get it.. The beef sandwich with the horse radish wasn't too good. I thought horse radish tasted different. Every other sandwich is delicious. Actually don't care about service as long as my food is worth it and potbelly's is definitely worth it. Love the food the service gets a 5 out of town from me. Maybe they was having a hard day idk.
Potbelly is always good for a warm sub on crusty bread and who doesn't love their house hots...so good! My favorite is the Big Italian but I have had the Wreck too and it's amazing.

Potbelly's food was everything. I had the BLTA 🥓, 🥬, 🍅, and 🥑 sandwich 🥪. It was costy but delicious 😋. I would recommend this sandwich and knowing that others would enjoy it as well. So sorry I didn't take a pic. But trust me, I keep it real.
I've always been impressed by the speed and friendliness of the staff at this Potbelly location. We use them for catering quite a bit for my business and I have never ordered once from them when my order wasn't ready well in advance of the schedule time and delivered with a smile on their face. Of course, the sandwiches are good too!
