This location beats the one on Charles Street... hands down. The staff is quick, attentive, and friendly. They made a mistake on my order and fixed it quick. I will definitely be visiting this location over the Charles Street one.
The employees were very friendly and courteous. The chicken salad sandwich is now my favorite. I never liked it before so I'm unsure if I can get it anywhere else. Potbelly has me hooked.
OMG what happened here. Three staff members were working. Doing their jobs but no one was helping each other out as team members when someone got in the weeds. The two female members were on their phones, on opposite ends of the line. One girl got angered because of the lack of help that she walked

Potbelly is always good for a warm sub on crusty bread and who doesn't love their house hots...so good! My favorite is the Big Italian but I have had the Wreck too and it's amazing.

Clean , positive, friendly environment. Polite cashier's, that listen well, give good meal suggestions , and prepared your food order quickly and correct.
Loved the sandwich and the soup was hot and fresh. The artichokes could be cut down a bit more, but otherwise absolutely delicious.

Very friendly staff, tasty sandwiches, and really cool decor too. Had the grilled chicken and cheddar which had a nice little zing to it. A wide variety of chips to add to make it a meal. Would definitely eat here again next time Iām in Baltimore.
