WFC is by far the most exquisite hidden treasure in East Baltimore. Every item I have ordered (and I’ve ordered plenty) makes me love this place more and more. Presentation is beautiful, but even more, the food outshines the amazing presentation. Mr. Guy is “that guy”, who ads that special something you can’t quite put your finger on but keeps you coming back. I recommend this restaurant to anyone coming to visit our town. This establishment is a great representative of the many flavors of Maryland, a jewel not to be overlooked.
WFC satisfies my every food craving. There is always something new and innovative to partake in. My must haves are the chicken lemongrass dumplings which are out of this hemisphere(the roasted lemon takes this overthe top), the bacon and shrimp risotto is an impeccable blend of treasures that make perfection‼️ Listen, don’t take my word for it, you owe it to yourself to have this experience. The corner of Lombard and Wolfe waits you❣️
My husband and I ate here a few weeks ago and we were so impressed! The food is over the top delicious and the portions are huge. We had leftovers for days. We were shocked how inexpensive our meal was and I even double checked to make sure the server didn't miss something! I would highly recommend and have been telling all my friends about it!
If you want your food cooked perfectly, this is the place to go.
The chef is fastidious about his food. And he has good reason to be. A perfectionist in the kitchen, no plate goes out without it being exactly the way he wants it to be.
Although your prior experiences may persuade you to do otherwise, trust him.
I ordered a wonderful dish with breakfast, potatoes, cornbread, and an omelette.
I am quite used to ordering cornbread, and cutting it in half, and putting butter on it. And so, I asked the waitress for some butter.
I overheard the chef angrily replying that he does not cook with butter. That the cornbread does not need butter. before she came back, I tasted the cornbread myself, and saw that he was right. It was wonderful. Moist and delicious, not needing a thing. The waitress apologized to me, but I told her there was no need.
Make sure you make a reservation.
This was my 1st dining here and overall I really liked the relaxed environment. Everyone was very friendly. The relaxed atmosphere reminded me of dining in Europe. Everyone takes their time and it’s not a rushed environment and I really enjoyed that. If you are in a rush this probably isn’t the restaurant for you. The vibe is very chill. Now on to the food. I left feeling like a stuffed turkey. They food was good and we ate so much. I would recommend the French toast and the crab quesadilla. The shrimp and grits were cool. I liked that the quesadilla came with rice and it was kind of sweet which balanced out the savory taste of the quesadillas. I would say the food is well balanced. The French toast were like French toast sticks they weren’t overly sweet which is great. It comes with a sauce on the side which was really good. I would definitely dine again for brunch. And the drinks are good I got the guava Bellini and we also go the Cesar salad that was pretty good. Oh and the corn bread was pretty good.
This is a very cozy spot, perfect for date night or date brunch with your boo or to catch up with a good friend the atmosphere opens up the conversation really and we truly liked that. To be honest the variety of menu options were good 😊 it offered a decent amount of different things . My husband and I can really say we liked this place. It also has a place where you can eat outside which was good for when the weather is just right and I’m talking about not to Hot 🥵 nor too Cold 🥶 but just right . The only downside is that its rather small or should I say very tight to move around in a wheelchair or baby stroller comfortably, but otherwise this is a really a nice spot I’d love to see them upsize maybe move to another location.
Right portions, in house made sauces , friendly and polite service. A wonderful choice for our Sunday brunch!

Our compliments to Chef Sean Guy and his team for a stellar brunch! On the sweet side: decadent french toast with creme anglaise, sweet potato bread pudding (!), and a very chocolatey brownie (pictured.) On the savory side: a pulled pork quesadilla in huge portions, salmon belly tacos with a perfectly dressed side salad, and the blue ribbon dish for me: jerk duck confit (!) with a sweet plantain waffle, poached egg, and blueberry compote. Y'all. A five star flavor journey in an intimate space with a kind team pouring love into their food. I can't wait to visit again!
You can tell this foods made with love. Sitting at a table watching chef guy fully immersed in his craft, the atmosphere and foods that blow your mind. This place is a gem
This is by far THEE BEST Restaurant experience that I've ever had. The food was AMAZING! We had the Winter Prix Fixe 6 course menu; and when I tell you that it was worth me flying in specifically to experience this restaurant! The Italian-Sausage Meatloaf slider, Nitro Shrimp over grits, Caesar Salad w/Jalapeno Corn Bread, Amuse Bouche, Blue Plate Special and Sweet Potato Bread Pudding....ALL was AMAZING! Chef Sean Guy put his foot and creativity in each dish! The explosion of flavors were superb!! Not to mention the Customer Service was Phenomenal!!! I can't wait to visit Baltimore again, this restaurant is #1 on my list to visit!
What an amazing experience!!! My wife planned this for our date night and we have zero complaints. Friendly staff, fresh food, welcoming and personal touch.
Only 8 other guest in the restaurant; reservations only. This gave it the personal touch.
All fresh made!
Going back again for Mother's Day!
I. HAVE. ABSOLUTELY. NO. WORDS. But let me attempt…
you’ll have to taste for yourself!!
This place is WAY BETTER THAN ANYTHING I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED. WFC definitely raised the tastebuds BAR! Hats off to Chef Sean!! And Deonte was the BOMB server!
I had a pleasant dining experience. When I approached the door, I was taken back by the "curtain" like entry and small space. I expected it to be noisy, especially seated by the open kitchen. Although it was not, I enjoyed the open kitchen and seeing the interworkings of the goods being prepared. The food was overall fantastic. Everything was perfect, and we ordered so much to taste. I had the Nitro Ship and Chicken dumpling. The charred octopus and scallops were cooked exceptionally well and came with parmesan grits, which were seasoned well too. Unfortunately, they didn't have the crab quesadilla, so we sided on the vegetable one, which was still okay. The goat cheese mac did not disappoint; while it wasn't the creamy texture, it is worth tasting this spin on the homestyle delight.
