Second time coming to this location and again they are closed. You can clearly see the cashiers taking their sweet time stocking each item ever so slowly

Cashier keeps trying to charge me 3$ plus tax for sodas clearly marked $2.39....can see why they have a 3 star rating....its illegal to charge one price when theres a different one posted...wasted 20 mins of my times having to keep getting back in line to take pics of the prices and to grab different sodas because 3 times in a row he tried to over charge me then wouldn't even serve me because the cashier doesn't know how to do his job....I told him how to change the price but literally said hes not going to....train you're employees better...i havnet worked at 711 for 8 years and i can run circles around this dude....would suggest avoiding this particular 711....their rating and reviews speak for themselves 6518 Ed Bluestein Blvd, Austin, TX 78723 is the address to the location.

Awful restroom. Pee all over seat. Soap dispenser had soap but was broken. Hand sanitizer dispenser was empty. Trash all over floor. Filthy walls and bad smell.

Pan handler is asking if no disrespect if you can please donate any change at 2:35am....I didn't care for the begging and I will avoid this area at all costs because of my experience.

I am a regular customer there and the people working at this location are angry and irritable. They should be in a cubicle somewhere, not working directly with the public.

Still have signs up about national coin shortages. They will not give you any of your coin change, and blame it on shortage. There is no longer a shortage. I will be reporting to state comptroller, sure they would like sales tax from unreported change theft.

If you are in a hurry, DO NOT stop here. Employees are slow and they dont care about the consumer. The place always looks like a dump.

Using signage for a national coin shortage to SCAM customers out of change. Only the Indian male employees refuse to give change witch is how I know its BS. Deal with anyone who doesn't look like they also own the store and you'll get your change but anyone with an accent will point you towards the sign while keeping your change in the register.
