Called today around 12am to ask if they had any pizza. Unfortunately their oven was off for the night (very understandable, it was late). Later on around 12:30 I got a call letting me know that they had turned the oven back on, and would make me a pizza. I was so happy that the employee took the time to call back. Above and beyond service. The employee was very kind and funny, even through a late night shift. Pizza was delicious, as always. Thank you to whoever helped me get my pizza tonight, it made my week.

Staff has terrible attitude. Several months back I was purchasing vape pods and the employee would not sell them to me because my wife did not have ID. Even though I had mine and I am clearly over 21. Asked for the manager and the employee said he was the manager, so I asked for his supervisors info and he refused to give me a name and just gave me a generic card to the location. Fast forward to today. Again buying vape pods and the employee refused to sell them to me because my daughter came into the store with me and is under 21. The only reason the location gets any business at all is the location and because there is no other convenient location. They don’t care if they have your business or not and that is clear when you deal with them.

The white heavyset manager that saw me and belittled me in front if his customers and denied my service, due to what I do as in job wise. He told me to leave his store and put his products down, I was just doing my job at what I do, he needs to be a man and do his job (not acting like a child) - don’t forget your piece of paper.

There is a heavy set manager there who tried to belittle me throwing all kinds of racist derogatory remarks at me saying he doesn’t serve my kind to go back across the border were all my kinds need to stay at. I’m sorry but I was born and raised In Austin Texas and have never ever been so appalled by such disrespectful words he did not let me buy anything and told me to get the hell out of his store!!I feel proper actions should be taken for those actions! Please!!!

Filthy restrooms. When I complained to the manager (white guy with graying hair), he told me to leave and find another gas station. I did. ***hole.

I went in this store today around 2:30 pm and was treated so rudely by the cashier. I asked him if he could scan my 7-Eleven app and he got very annoyed. I am a disabled veteran, my hearing is bad. He went on to make faces and roll his eyes. I then told him he was being rude and I was just asking a question. He told me to leave and get out of his store. I asked for a manager and he said get out! He then begin to come around from the back, not sure what he was going to do. Everyone has always been friendly, except this guy.

I am being charged different prices by different employees. I was overcharged 3 dollars for an item and was not aware until I checked my bank account. I will be watching the next time I'm in your store. I hope that this was a simple mistake, I'm sure that it will be noted and corrected. I am not someone who likes to pay for someone else's mistakes out of my own pocket.
