I stopped here tonight for a sandwich to take with me to my daughter's. It was good, but a bit soggy. Romaine lettuce, Swiss cheese & turkey. Triple Decker. When I lived in Austin I used to stop here regularly. I bought Copenhagen, their "Big Bytes," & usually refilled my "Big Gulp." ツ I was a refill freak. I used the restroom here often (it was near many of my work sites). It has been pretty clean. Still is. The wait staff is courteous, helpful, & down to earth.

With only one person on shift, not managing customers well. Waited 15 minutes before I paid for food. Waited another 15 min, while others were receiving food, before getting mine to even start to be cooked.

Over the past 2 months the 7-11 stopped brewing coffee after 2pm. They refuse to make any coffee. And the one or two times they have had coffee in their carafes after 3 it was ice cold..

I normally like this location, but this evening the cashier seemed to be do everything possible to drive people away and get fired. Heavy metal music playing loudly, acted put out when I was trying to pay, said "What do you think you're you lookin' at?" to 2 customers who walked in while I was paying and was wearing what appeared to be a brace of knives on his forearm. I seriously wondered if the real cashier was tied up in a back room somewhere!

Count your change immediately because one clerk there doesn't give your correct change and insist you gave a different bill. Went the next morning and talked to the manager. He was understanding about it and gave my correct change.

Zero customer service. TABC allows all state issued id cards to be used this place denied my Michigan ID card after accepting it previously. Serious work needed on their people skills.

Won't make any pizza unless a whole one is purchased. To lazy to place in oven and turn on.

In case anyone was wondering the night shift fellow w/ the blades on his arm passesd away during his shift about a month ago. Sad and I will wish him RIP.
