Ordered the #8 with extra bacon jam given a regular bacon cheeseburger with WAY too much mayo. Burger didn't taste right like something is wrong with one of the ingredients. Tried to call the Hancock location after many rings I recieved voicemail. No receipt in the bag. Never again!

Delivery guy shows up to hotel blasting music, when asked to lower the music he gets confrontational. Drops off the food on a window AC unit outside office. Returns to vehicle and starts a shouting match with the night person. In what world does he think he is justified in his behavior ?

How is that I take a pic of bad order and they know it was bad and when I come back around and it worse than the first time and they made it worse ?

I used to love this location, but now it's profoundly understaffed. I have not managed to eat there since last year. The lobby has not been open in months. I just went in because the door was unlocked but they said the lobby is closed ("there's just the two of us"). Last month I went through the drive-thru and the (only?) person there asked if I could come back in half an hour.

I just had a Baconator from there, and it was really old! I mean -- the bacon was old, likely left over from breakfast, and possibly the previous day! The beef was dry and old as well. They just warmed it up, and you might as well say that it was just room temperature. I will not return to this location!

Good store. Fast enough, sometimes a bit of a line, but usually good and rarely gets order wrong. Food has come out usually good but occasionally odd

Slow service you're in the Drive-Thru forever orders are usually wrong and the food's not cold when it's supposed to be or hot when it's supposed to be hot I don't really care for the service there or the location or the employment there so eat there at your own risk
