We got the truffle mushroom penne and pesto gnocchi. The pasta had the right al dente texture and the sauces tasted good. Overall enjoyed our pastas here but they were definitely a bit more on the greasier side. Like there was a big pool of oil left in our bowls. Owners were sweet and gave us good suggestions on which pasta pairs will with which sauce.

Best pastas I've ever had.
Drove all the way from North Austin to get their pastas, and felt so lucky they opened after the storm. I love all 3 types I ordered today, and the tiramisu that is not in the photo is sublime! (actually came because of a reddit recommendation for the tiramisu). Will definitely try more.
The people are so friendly. They make fresh food, so give them a call first so you don't have to wait too long!

We are very fortunate to have such delicious pasta in south Austin. I am addicted to their Maccheroni with Creamy Sausage and Mushrooms, and the Lasagna as well. The food is consistent, full of flavor, and delicious. I honestly wonder why there aren't more reviews considering how busy they are every time I eat there. If you're in the mood for some good pasta definitely give this place a try!

My goodness the Penne Mushroom and Truffle pasta was sooo soo good! I had eaten out right before coming here and only wanted a small taste. That soon turned to me almost finishing the entire thing even though I was already full from eating earlier. Amazing!

Not to be dramatic but this might be the best pasta I’ve ever had. I got the mushroom and sausage one and it is delicious. I didn’t see any grease/oil when I was first eating it but there was a bit once it was reheated (I don’t think that’s an issue though).

Absolutely love this Italian food truck! They have a wide variety of pasta options + desserts that change based on the day. Their dishes are packed with flavor and the sauces they make are great. Be prepared to pay a little more for their food, but it honestly is comparable to most other Italian options in Austin.

What a delightful surprise! Some friends and I dropped this shaded truck food park to enjoy the live music and great weather. We decided to try the Italian food truck and were surprised at the quality of the different dishes we shared. The selection of al dente pastas and and sauces were delicious. We experienced original menu options that were more than satisfying. Great experience.

The food here is consistently delicious and of a very high standard. The ravioli is the best I've ever had and the lasagna is amazing. Their dishes would not be out of place at a restaurant charging $30 a plate!
