Gatti's Pizza

Just picked up my pizza. Walked in a the lady in front of me was served, then the guy goes to pull a pizza, spent a minute looking at the pizza order labels, then cut a pizza. Not once did he acknowledge me with a simple welcome, or be right with you. Stood there another 2 minutes before the delivery driver came up and he wasn't even friendly. Not sure what the new owner of 13 stores has done to improve anything at this location. I have been a loyal Gattis pizza patron for over 20 years, but I think I am done. Time after Time, this location just disappoints.

Second time in less then a month I have ordered a pizza and it never showed up. The first time we lived in an apartment and the driver said he couldn't find our apartment. He told his manager that he had tried to call us but got no answer. No one ever called us. I sent an email that night as I had to put my kids to bed with nothing but a bowel of cereal for dinner. No one ever contacted me about the issue. Finally I contacted the store we ordered from a few days later and they offered to comp our next order. That order and the one following it came just fine, however, tonight again I have a house full of kids and nothing to feed them because our order of 3 large pizza's never arrived. Thank goodness Domino's is open late. I am never ordering from Gatti's again. Too unreliable!

Always polite and they do a great job on pizza! The ranch dressing is killer! Sign up for their email alerts and you’ll get really good discounts on pick-up items like 3-topping LG pizza for $7.99. I use the coupons every time. I will definitely recommend waiting at least 20-30 mins for pickup, as the website quotes 15 minutes no matter how busy they are. Ignore the people in previous comments complaining about it taking too long. If you place your order at 6pm don’t show up until 6:30-6:40 and you won’t have to wait. GATTIS company people, you might want to address this issue on your website. Other than that, keep up the good work!

This location will not make a pizza with appropriate portions ordered. Gave 4 chances for them to make a double pepperoni with extra cheese properly. Happily declined when I learned they will not make the product as ordered. I enjoyed this location in the past, but a major change in management is needed.

This has got to be the best location in Austin!! I made the mistake of ordering from the William cannon location since they are the ones that deliver in my area and l was to tired to drive to Westgate. Well long story short William cannon never delivered after taking my money when I called I was promised by 2 different “managers” they would take care of it however they never delivered when I called the store back I was greeted with a “yo” I thought I called the wrong number. I was so frustrated after talking to the 3rd person at William cannon who could not make their own mistake better I finally called the Westgate location and spoke to the manager Mikey so I explained my situation and he 100% took care of my issue I know he went above and beyond to make a negative experience a good one And he had my pizza delivered . I never once heard from a manager at the William cannon location ever. I always say every successful business starts with great management. Thank you so much Mikey!!!

I hadn't ordered gattis for delivery in a very long time because their delivery time is ridiculous. I can order from dominos, papa johns and pizza hut and ususally always get it delivered within 30 minutes. But today i decided to order from this location and will be the last time i ever order gattis again!!!! When i placed my order it says online delivery is 55 minutes, but i decided to order anyway. It took more than 1 hour in a half!!!!!!!!!!! The girl who deliver was all over the place in her car looking for my order. She gives me my 2 pizzas and tells me the total and i had to remind her my ordered also had wings!! So she goes back into her car and pulls out some other wings then she checked and realized NOT MINE not to mention I PAID FOR RANCH SIDES that she handed to me all spilled!!!! Anyway i paid for the pizza just to realize when i opened it inside it seemed like it was pizza that had been made earlier that day. EXTREMELY COLD AND HARD PIZZA!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!
