Rosita kitchen is a new Mexican style restaurant in the Hudson Bend community. It is family owned and operated. My experience here has always been good. The restaurant is nice and clean. The food and service are very good. I highly recommend Rosita Kitchen.

I picked up breakfast tacos to go. They are FANTASTIC! I will certainly pick up there again because the tacos are very good. One warning, the girl that works the counter was annoyed that I was there. It was a little funny to me. She was literally irritated that someone came in at 8:00 am to buy tacos and took her away from here cell phone call with her friend. That said, the cooks in the back (that you can see) smiled and said good morning. I will pick up there again. In my humble opinion, they have the best breakfast tacos in the area.

Had dinner there this week and it was fantastic. I had the beef soup and it was terrific. They use bone in beef ribs, need I say more? My husband had the poblano shrimp. The shrimp were awesome and they served it with rice, zucchini and a very good salad topped with avocado (he never eats the salad & there was nothing left). Have been a fan of the Los Pinos across the street for years and the service is really lacking. They better watch out because we had a new Jewel in our neighborhood. Welcome...😀

The Hudson Bend peninsula only has 3-4 restaurants, and this mom & pop Tex-Mex place has some great traditional favorites. Generous portions and great tasting food will have you returning here time and time again. You can BYOB which is a real cost saver. And if you forgot your favorite beverage, there's a liquor store right next door with cold beer and lots of other options.

Family owned and operated business in Hudson Bend, best and only restaurant that offers real Mexican food. I have tried almost all their plates and they are all great, very friendly staff. Eat here a few times a week cause their food is actually that good

Super friendly service, great food-we didn’t try anything fancy (hubby had a ground beef burrito and I had shredded chicken enchiladas with verde sauce). The two salsas and warm chips were good, and all good he food was high quality and well prepared. We will be back!!
