Taco Bell

Worst taco bell experience. Bought online. Confirmed received a message said for was made. Came to store and was told the online ordering was down. Asked if they could make what I ordered, they said no as it was exclusive to online ordering. Asked for a refund and was told there was nothing that could be done. Now I have a charge and never received food. Why allow online ordering if it isn't working? Could have been handled better. But, it's tough to blame a teenager who isn't properly supported by a giant franchise.

Today, May 3, 2022, at night after 9pm, I went to buy at this Taco Bell (2600 W Braker Ln, Austin, TX 78758) and the truth has been one of the worst fast food shopping experiences I've ever had. They changed the flavor of the drinks, they changed the flavor of the sauces I ordered and the order came incomplete in quantity, it's hard not to believe that those employees do it on purpose, it's hard not to feel that for them as employees of Taco Bell giving bad service is an intentional goal, it is difficult not to believe that it is so when the request for the order is very explicit and clear, but even so the order arrives totally different, it is difficult not to feel that they know exactly what they are doing, when the person who gives you the order he looks at your face while trying to hide his smile, then when you get home, you realize that everything you ordered was changed or altered. Definitely the worst service I have ever received. I refuse to think that customer service in America right now is absolutely decadent and very low class.

Tried to pick up an order for DoorDash between 11pm and midnight on a Monday night. Drive thru line was a few cars deep, moving VERY slowly. Got to the speaker and was informed that pretty much the entire order was unavailable and they couldn't fulfill it. Had to cancel the order and take half the pay. Supply issues are happening everywhere though, so not entirely their fault. The customer service could be better though...
