Aromatic, beautiful, delicious! The food was made with love and lots of hard work. Served hot and fresh right off the grill. Try the Tres Marias plate!

We tried al pastor, beef fajitas & barbacoa & all were delish including the salsa & tortillas!! The tortillas are homemade!! Great flavor on all of their meats & plates are also available. Call ahead because there's always a line especially in the morning.

Chorizo and egg on flour. Pretty good. Will come back and try their home made corn tortillas.
Flour tortillas were a little thick and needed to be crisped up a bit more. Good filling. Two for $7.50.

Mel brought me today after telling me I just had to try the food, I had the Al pastor and barbacoa. I am from the border and grew up walking into Mexico for 14 years and LEMME TELL YALL go here omg it’s comfort street food and it takes me right back home in every bite!! I used to buy their tacos often when I lived next door. Very good tacos. Never had a long wait. (2022/09/11) this is the best taco truck and best tacos.

The barbacoa and pastor are outstanding. The owner has gone from taqueria to taqueria, bringing her clients with her to each locale until she finally decided to open up her own taco stand with her daughters here in South Austin and they’ve been going strong for the past three years. Highly recommend you come by if you’re craving tacos. Just absolutely delicious.

Highly recommend Tres Maria's Tacos! The ladies are so kind and the tacos are delicious! The corn tortillas are wonderfully home made amd portions are giant. There salsa Verde reveals those of Tamale Addiction and Taco Deli!
