I looked at the ratings. Apparently, KFC is Austin has an overall average of 2. I took a chance anyway. I’m glad I did. Potatoes and gravy were fresh and hot! Hot and spicy wings were just that and very fresh! My Mountain Dew’s syrup to all the rest ratio was on point. Also, I was there after lunch around 1:30 when some stores fare would not be so fresh. Great experience today!

food packaging was phenomenal! Joseph the AM who handed me my order deserves a raise, really appreciated separate packaging. overall 10/10.
