All I can say is WOW!!! I am impressed by the quality of the ingredients, the taste and the freshness of your subs!!! My wife just brought home one of your "GIANT" subs and I couldn't eat it all because the thing is huge, I'm talking well over a foot long sandwich and it is STUFFED with ingredients!!! Yes they are a couple dollars more than other sandwich places but YOU MORE THAN GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! I had the Philly and for starters instead of yanking soggy, precooked meat and veggies out of a hot table bin the nice lady behind the counter actually took time to cook the steak and veggies fresh!!! Did I mention how awesome, fresh and tasty this sandwich was? If you have not tried Jersey Mike's Subs you need to do yourself a favor and get there ASAP! I am not kidding!

This is some of the best hospitality you’ll get at a franchise restaurant. Everyone is always so patient, kind and seem to enjoy their job and work together genuinely. My favorite location & hope it shows in the business this location does.
Great service and great food. Jay and Ejay are friendlt helpful and know their menu well. They recommended the “#17 Mikes Famous Philly” for a hot sub and the “#9 club supreme”.

Today was a my 1st time at this a location. My visit started off rough because the store is not allowed to break anything over $50 and I had a $100 bill. On top of that something was going on with my bank app and I could not get the app to load up. With the issues of my bank app, I was forced to have to leave and go get some change in order to pay for my food at. At first I was feeling very discouraged and the young lady at the counter could sense my frustrations. Initially I didn’t want to come back to the store but I did feel bad because I watched the two young ladies prepare my food and I didn’t want it to have to go to waste. Plus, I was really hungry! When I came back, the ladies gave me a discount and my food ended up being half the price that I was going to pay!! I really appreciate them for that and I’m glad that I made the decision of going back to get my food. The food was tasty and me and my two sons really enjoyed our lunch date !

This location was a bit tricky to find in the strip mall with minimal signage. On the highway side, in the same building as a TMobile and Parmer Dental Care (across from the "closed on Sunday" chicken hawkers)

Stopped by during pandemic in Texas where laws are a bit looser and confirmed cases keep rising. Nevertheless, at least at this location, both staff and store appear to be taking appropriate precautions while catering to both delivery orders and walk-in customers. Bathrooms are closed, sanitizer available, masks required, and distancing completely available.
All the employees were friendly and professional. They worked very well and efficiently with each other.

Frequented a Jersey Mikes back in California before moving to Texas, and I have to say this location does not disappoint. I’m in here almost everyday of the week. I’m always greeted at the door with real eye contact, and I’m there enough that they will greet me by name.
The sandwiches here are so good that is has reset my standards on what to expect. Everything is made fresh to order, they make the bread fresh in store, and prep all their fresh veggies too. It’s hard to go to other businesses now knowing that there’s a “Sub above” as they say. They will even go as far as to have a genuine friendly conversation with you when they have the time.
Unless they get a bunch of business all at once, I’m usually in and out in about 5 minutes. They have a good system for ordering to get food moving.
I usually get either a #8 or #43 depending on my mood, but you’re looking for recommendations simply just ask the friendly staff. Everyone there is enthusiastic about the great food and more than happy to provide a few examples. Also, if you haven’t had a sandwich “Mike’s way” try it at least once. Trust, you won’t be disappointed

Just had a great customer service experience from the young lady with red hair working the line and register. Very friendly and made a delicious sandwich!
Consistently good, never disappoints. I think it can be a little pricey and the options for add ons to your sandwich are limited compared to say a subway, but overall it's a much better sandwich. My personal recommendation is the number 9
