Ladies.... . . Gentleman. This is a franchise 7/11. Family behind the counter, not that hard to figure out. If, you frequent that location you would recognize the same two people behind the counter all the time. They speak English well however, it is not their first but, not their only. I have personally had communication issues at that location but, I didn't just pop smoke, and leave them a negative review on the way home. I prefer that location so, I took a moment to speak with them and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Give that there is another about 4 blocks away, it was absolutely worth my time and effort. They have issues with theft at that location daily. I have been in the store when it took place at least twice. (No, I was not the thief). Finally, there has always been a reason for the doors being secured with a trash bag. From my experience, it has always been that they had to see a man about a horse. -Thank You.

Santos is the only reason I am giving this place 5 stars. He deserves a huge raise. I seen him handle extremely rude costumers with ease and grace. He always jokes with me (while still maintaining professionalism) What a guy! He is everything I want to be. He is everything right with this world. God bless you santos. THANK YOU!
