A quick stop in Austin, meant a pizza to go since we have no Mr Gatti’s in Corpus Christi. It did not disappoint!! Nothing beats a freshly baked hamburger pizza 🍕 and delicious cheese sticks!! Thank you for doing it right every time!!

I placed an order at 4:30ish pm for delivery and got an email acme text saying my order would be delivered at 5:16. I get a text at 5 pm sing the dasher had picked up my order and was on the way. 4 minutes later I get another text saying the order was hand delivered to me at my house. I called the dasher, who said "I don't speak English, only turkey" and hands up on me. I text him, but no response. I call the restaurant. The manager, Joe, tells me my order was not picked up and it was still sitting there waiting on the dasher. He gives me the number to call and talk to doordash. I call and they say there's nothing they can do cause I've already received my meal, even though I explained I haven't received anything, the dasher lied, and even gattis has confirmed my food was still sitting there. Doordash refused to give me a refund, said a manager would be right with me, and then hung up on me. I called Gattis back and talked to Joe. He made a new order for me, refunded my money, and called doordash himself to tell them they were wrong. Joe really went above and beyond to make things right. The food was great. The service is amazing. Joe really saved the day. Thank you gattis, and thank you Joe!
Mr. Joe and his team are amazing ! Everybody was super friendly. I got my pizza on time . And the pizza was cooked perfect & it was delicious!

Great place . I’m a door dasher , went to pick up an order WITHOUT a pizza bag, there was even a sign stating ,” all door dash delivery drivers must have a pizza bag “ I was deterred for a moment until the guy at the counter offered me not 1 , but 2 pizza bags . And for that I give a 5 star review. Thank you Gattis pizza . I love the pizza too btw 😁
I forgot how good it was,been about 20 yrs.I miss the location on Guadalupe st watching UT football and they served beer back then.

I've been a fan since the 1980's. I ate Gattis pizza every day during my pregnancy. I buy enough Mr Gatti's pizza to eat while driving to California...and to last a few months (10-12 pizzas) until I return to the Austin/Houston area a few times each year. Wish there was a franchise throughout California!! MY FAVORITE PIZZA EVER!!!
Great prices and really good pizza! Las Vegas doesn't have a Gattis so I get my fix here in AustinTX. Need to put more sweets out on buffet line, otherwise would've given 5 stars.
Todays service was great! This is my family’s favorite pizza place.
I was having some issues with the Online process and applying codes and Elizabeth one of the Managers was extremely helpful with my not so normal requests. She was polite and patient and personable. She should run the whole store!!! When I order from yall again I will ask for her. Please hire more people like her she showed me the example of what customer service should be and that was just the ordering process. I'm 100% confident that if I have issues with my order she will completely oblige me and make it right ✅ April Lopez
