Domino's Pizza

Placed an order for a pineapple/mushroom pizza and a pineapple/sausage pizza. the dough taste tough and thin like cardboard, the toppings taste burnt, and the pineapple/mushroom pizza didn't have pineapple but the other one had pineapple. How does that make sense? I was offered credit towards a large pizza and took it. I hope it's nothing like what i got today

This was my first time in a Domino's. The cheese pizza was amazing. But the Customer Service was a Hot Mess. The cashier had a major attitude. She stated she left her glasses.. I was under the impression that they were having a Halloween Party based on her makeup. The Manger was on his phone and the other staff seemed clueless. The forgot to put the noodle in the. Chicken Alfredo. So the 10 minutes turn into a 40 minute spectacular of unfortunate events.

I must admit, ive gotten pretty hit or miss service from this location in the past but today totally takes the cake. We order food for a small get together and had to wait over 3 hours for delivery. We called the store three times, with the manager promising to make it right only to have the order unceremoniously canceled. Spoke to the manager a final time only to have them refuse to take responsibility. Hey buddy, its only because of customers that you’re in business. Id advise looking else where.

I always order from here with no ussues. But on this night, I placed an order for delivery and never received it. I heard a knock, but It wasn't my door that was bring knocked on . When I finally went outside after tracking my order, of course it wasn't nowhere to be found . I called the store location to get a refund and the best thing the manager "Tyler"could tell me was his driver delivered the order and heard a door open? No investigation or picture proof that he dropped they order off and He could not refund me nor resend the order I never received. So basically, 30$ down the drain and no real customer service. I will NEVER order from this location again.
