I always seem to have an over average experience when I go to Carl's Jr.
I mentioned wanting to replace my drink with fries since I only drink water anyways. They said they couldn't do that and I was fine with it. But when they brought my food out, the girl loaded my fries extra full and apologized that she couldn't substitute the drink. That was fine with me, I got my fill of fries.
That has happened to me twice. They just seem to go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy.

I didn't know Carl's Jr. is "famous" for it's "messy" burgers so when we got our food from this one I was appalled at the amount of mayo/ketchup drenched and dripping all over everything! I complained and the manager was gracious enough to replace the order and let me know to ask for "light sauce" next time. Not bad for a chain, charbroiled burger.
