Chick - Fil - A

Hello, Y'all... As always, the food was great, as well as the service. The only issue I should mention is the parking. For some reason this particular location made ALL the parking for curbside pick up. I understand that we're in the "Get everything delivered" Era, but there're still some of us that like to dine in. Just throwing it out there!

Chick-fil-A is well know for their delicious chicken and above that, their customer service. I’ve been treated with outstanding customer service and kindness every single time I’ve gone to Chick-fil-A except tonight. The problem with being know for having outstanding customer service is that if an employee speaks to you like an employee at Taco Bell would, then you think they’re being rude. That was basically my experience tonight. The girl that took my order was awesome. She was very nice and helpful. When I arrived at the pick up window the lady gave me a very monotone and unenthusiastic “Hello.” She didn’t say a word to me after that. No “Thank you” or “Have a good night” or anything. I would say that’s bad even for Taco Bell standards. I didn’t catch her name but this was at about 7:45ish on March 11, 2022. I also ordered a 4 piece tender and I got 2 normal sized tenders and basically 2 small ones that looked like a normal tender cut in half. I basically got 3 tenders. That’s pretty annoying.
