I Have lived Mandarin for most of my life. After leaving the Southside of Austin for the four corners of the world I finally have returned to the place that I compare all my Mandarin meals to. Thank you for always making me feel welcomed and preparing the best Mandarin Chinese in the world!

I work close by and we come here often. Is not the best chineese food but is decent and the staff is nice. Very quick service.

This is my favorite restaurant of all time. The egg drop soup is great and the sesame chicken and lo mein are my favorites. The staff is great and are so kind. It is the perfect hole in the wall for a good date or a nice family outing. This is the Brad Pitt of restaurants. The LeBron, The Serena... The Beyoncé.

The food was well cooked and the service was snappy. The pricing was definitely reasonable. I would say this is a great place for small groups (2-4 people) to eat out together.

New Mandarin Chinese has tasty food, friendly staff and a warm atmosphere, but dirty restrooms knock it down to four stars. I love finding these great hole-in-the-wall places around Austin!

I will admit I have only been here once (so far) but it was amazing which is why I had to leave a review. I got the sesame chicken combo and it was worth every penny. Going back for sure.

I've been dining there for many years. Best food ever, bar none! And the whole staff are very friendly and attentive. I've eaten at other Chinese places and this is the BEST in town.

I live nearby and have probably been here 20 times. I think it's great. Lunch menu is cheaper than most by a buck or 2. I've never been let down here. I usually get the General Tso Chicken, which they do perfect, crispy on the outside, tender inside, but I've enjoyed everything I've tried here.
