The property managers Javier and Zaida are very courteous and personable. I was able to rent a space short-term and receive the discounted first month. Checkout was a breeze. Highly recommend this location.

Arlene was very professional and help me pick the right size unit to store my items. she also speaks Spanish. I recommend storing at this location and will be telling my friends to rent at this location.

Lauren and Natalie truly provided me with 5 star customer service. I had been struggling online with completing my reservation but then they saved the day by calling me and sorting it all out! Amazing! Very happy! Having this type of above-and-beyond customer service makes me feel even better about selecting this facility for our storage. Thanks!

I needed to store my items for a few weeks between selling my house and buying a condo. Reserving a Public Storage unit online was fast and easy. No gimmicks, just straight forward info and discounts. Great service (& safe/social distanced) when in person at the complex thanks to Brad & Phillip. Unit was easy to access (personal gate codes!) and unit itself was clean and in good condition, with a light. I called to give my notice to vacate and Brad answered my questions easily and I received my info email within minutes of our phone call. 10/10 would recommend and reuse this location if I need storage again in the future. Keep up the great work guys!

This is my first experience in general with a storage facility and it went very smoothly. Zaida, was a kind employee who went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed. Found a spare lightbulb for me and everything. Thanks! This storage has easy technology in place that makes visiting the units pretty simple. So far so good ✅

I've been there for 10 years. The price is really good. I went today and got a second unit. Brad helped me out. He's a pro. The whole thing was really easy. Changed my life. You should go rent a unit even if you have nothing to put in it. It's that good.

Didn't know what to expects it's my first time looking into renting a storage unit. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful I'm glad Lucia was there to help me figure out what storage would best work out for me and just over all had plenty of patience explain their policies and just what to expect it made things go a lot more smoothly.
