East side is amazing. It's the perfect spot to order a unique pie for a party or swing by to grab a single slice for the road. The staff are very urban but professional and get your precious cheese triangles to you as quick as possible. Huge shout out to the sweet potato lemon fennel sauce, it's basically ambrosia.

Although Austin is full of great pizza joints, I've remained a loyal East Side Pies fan for a long time, going back to when there was only the original location. They serve wonderful big floppy New York style pizzas, with traditional or creative ingredients, and signature specialty pies. Now there is a variety of sauce choices including black bean, olive oil, spinach curry, hummus, chimichurri, pesto and of course traditional red sauce. They also offer a few pizzas by the slice and have a daily special pizza. On my recent visit I tried the delicious organic cauliflower pizza and I hope to see it again!

5 Star Pizza, 4 Star Price, 8 Star Staff! A medium half and half, where its part build your own ran $23. Which I get. That's about price of a pizza. Especially with build your own. I think getting a regular specialty pizza (great options!) Might run ~$18, which is the right way to go. Staff is hella-cool. Be prepared for a proper Austin black shirt punker vibe. This ain't your grandpappy's pizza store. Unless your grandpappy was Ray Wylie or Lenny. Then it's exactly his pizza store. Thanks guys!

The pizza is phenomenal - the crust perfectly thin and crisp and I love their creative, unique sauce and topping options. It's not cheap, but for ne its worth it. This is much more of a take-out place but there are a few seats at a window bar if you want to buy by the slice and eat there.

East side pies is easily one of my favorite pizza places in Austin. They almost always have your pizza done on time and I've never had a problem with their service. The location's parking is a bit small, but I've never had a problem finding a spot. The thin crust is amazing.

Pizza was very good, perfect for Dad and grown son. We got two slices each, and it was a full meal. Yes, not cheap, but $7 bucks each person for a full, rich pizza load seems completely fair. Staff seemed appreciative of our business, and seemed to enjoy their work. We will be back.

ESP really does know what you want. I've been there a few times now and not a single time have I been disappointed. The crusts are amazing and all the toppings are high quality. The folks make it even better with their friendly and down to earth attitudes. My new favorite place for pizza in Austin! (And I grew up here!)

Although I've never ordered from this specific location, I've eaten ESP many times. If you want to read my review of their pizza go look up their 53rd St location. I came here to pick a friend's order, but it turned out that I went to the wrong location. The staff was very patient and tried to help me find where the order may have gone to. Staff always seems to be friendly whichever location you're at, and their pizzas always have great quality tasting toppings. I just wish that their crust was more glutinous and buoyant than the crispy paper thin variety they offer (I can't see how their gluten-free option would differ honestly).

Good pizza. My kids are gluten/dairy free and east side offers probably the best gluten free base and daiya dairy free cheese. Kids love it but don't know that they're missing out on how great the glutenous and cheesy version is. Ding one star for the price of the gluten free. Two small pizzas is over $30.

This is one of the best pizzas I have ever ate while on the road all across America. The service from the friendly courteous staff is helpful. East Side Pies is obviously running a good business because of the flow of customers that come and go from here. I highly recommend this five star quality product
