This place used to be a great little place to stop and grab drinks or snacks while driving down the Drag. This past weekend I go in to grab a drink and a snack and there are 6 people working. There are 4 people who are standing around doing pretty much nothing. The store is very dirty and boxes are thrown all over the place. I grab my drink and snack and go up to the register. The payment system is not working. The older lady working the register tells me, "Just swipe your card." Lady, the key pad is rebooting. I show her the key pad.The younger lady standing next to her is not really helping her and is being more of a distraction than a help. The older lady running the register is not listening to me when I tell her there is an issue with the key pad. She is distracted by another employee who screams, "Call 911!! We are about to be robbed!!!" Gee, that makes me feel real safe shopping there. After standing there and being ignored, I turned around and walked out, empty handed. This place caters to the young West Campus kids who go to UT. The older lady running the register needs to work on assisting customers rather than be distracted by the "small talk" with your younger coworker. With 6 employees working the store, there was no way the place was going to be "robbed". The other female worker screaming it as she busted back in through the door to "call 911, we are about to be robbed!!!" was a bit dramatic. If she would stop wasting time smoking outside the store, perhaps she would have been so dramatic. Thanks. I am done going to this store. There is too much drama. It is entire unsafe.

Don't usually leave reviews but... Terrible experience. Purchased a lycamobile sim card that turned out to be expired. The manager refused to refund me, and gave me a 1.800 number that cut off after lots of music and long wait. On top of that she explained she is happy to keep on selling the other sim cards which are almost certainly expired too, because it apparently isn't her problem. All of that with a nice touch of arrogance, the worst kind of customer service you can expect. Probably more down to company policy than the individual, nothing personal. Won't be giving them any more of my cash, that's for sure. 37$ down the drain, without counting the time wasted. 0/5 Reviewing this a few months later, they never did anything to sort this out.

5 stars, excellent customer service, the hot and ready food is always fresh, they have the cheapest pall mall cigarettes, this particular store all has my favorite chips there 7-11 prime rib chips. I have never tasted noting like it. Everyone has to try these chips they are so addictive with that you want to get 7-11 strawberry lemonade or green tea.
