Kung Fu Tea

The vibe here is really nice. You can come here to chill out, study, meet up with friends, do homework and in general pass the time. They have a ton of different boba tea flavors and they're generous with the portions and the amount of boba in the tea. Personally, I enjoy the honey milk tea. I like their basic options the best.

Great place to grab boba tea (though I prefer their honey lemonade). Parking is tight and do not (I repeat DO NOT) park in the lot just to the east (in front of the sushi restaurant). Your car will be booted, as the "parking police" ( a private third-party contractor) sit in the lot across the street and will boot your car as soon as you leave the lot.

Excellent place, just what I've been missing from out in California. I had the Black Lychee Tea and their Toro Milk Tea (with pearls). I was surprised (pleasantly) at the inclusion of Lychee fruit in the tea. The place is big and friendly on the inside. Parking is a little rough, but that's the area. Totally worth a visit.

On my most recent trip to Austin, my wife and I were super thirsty (for just water), but then we both have an addiction for bubble tea. So I looked in Yelp to see if there was any locations near where we were at the time. There was a few options but mainly 3 star reviews. Then I saw that there was a Kung Fu on campus! Kung Fu is by far our favorite place. The parking for this particular location is a bit odd. I didn't find any street parking, so I double parked at the stores next door and stayed in the car while my wife got the drinks. I don't know if we were really thirsty or what, but this particular location was the BEST I have ever visited. The Kung Fu Milk Tea is always our go to. But on this trip we got the Kung Fu Honey Milk Tea, and this was even another level!
