Convenient stop for people transferring between 801 bus and MetroRail at Crestview Station. Small, cramped place with limited seating, no outlets for your laptop but not a good place to sit for long anyway. Owners are nice and if you want a dessert theirs is hard to beat for the price. Coffee is high quality but no free refills.

OMG such delicious food, prepared with love. Would be extremely proud to have Hot Mama's cater any event or occasion. She really has a passion for what she does and you can taste it in every bite. Thanks for doing what you do so deliciously.

Intimate indoor cafe, giant backyard. The coffee and homemade muffins were great. I was happy with all aspects but it might not work for those of you who are looking for a place to work and need a table- the inside is much closer to a living room than a typical coffee shop

This is one of my favorite cafe's around Austin. The drinks are quite good but what really makes the place imo is the food. They have a variety of middle eastern fusion dishes such as a roasted lamb & Havarti panini and various hummus plates and wraps. Get there early for the specials as they tend to go fast in the morning!

if you're looking for a neighborhood or local coffee house + cafe to chill out", sit back, + enjoy a great cup of 'joe', exotic tea, or delicious + eclectic variety of bakery or cafe food including Middle Eastern food Hot Mama's" is "IT"! the friendly fun staff, the "living room / home lounge" ambiance, free wi-fi, + outdoor dog friendly mini park space makes Hot Mama's a great place to relax, walk the dog too, or meet a friend.

I stumbled upon this place on my way to work one day when I realized, half way there, that I had quite a bit of extra time before I had to be in. Hot Mama's has a bohemian atmosphere, but it is still very clean while remaining comfortable. The coffee is wonderful, and the staff is very knowledgeable about their tea options (which is great for me as I don't know much). The muffins are always interesting, as they do not make any traditional (like blueberry) muffins. The staff is very friendly once you show a little appreciation. Overall, this place is one of my favorites, and as long as I work where I do I will be visiting every morning!

I got something along the lines of an Almond Joy bar in a mug, and it was great for what it was. I wish the coconut and almond had been real, rather than artificially-flavored shots, but it still tasted good. The mug they gave me was beautiful, and service was nothing short of excellent.

Wow! What an interesting place to grab a coffee, tea, kombucha or a freshly prepared sandwich or salad. The decor is decidedly hippie chic and on Sundays , you could be treated to Hoop Church.

Randomly stopped by over it, and I loved this place as soon as I walked in. It has great variety of drinks, good food, and such friendly staff! There's plenty of outdoor seating, and I love their patio. Also, there is free wi-fi too,
