Starbucks

It was my first time stopping at this location. They had a system like all other Starbucks (place your order and wait until your name is called), but it wasn't working well with inside customers. It appeared that they were prioritizing app customers first, and the orders were sitting there clogging up space on the counter in alphabetical order. There were a few tables and benches against the perimeter of the store for dining. However, it didn't seem as cozy and inviting as other Starbucks. After about 15 minutes of waiting, we received our three simple drinks (medicine ball, apple cider w/caramel only, and latte).

They’re Back open and it looks nice, but they forgot some key things: AC isn’t that strong as it was before renovation, wifi was having problems to start the hook up, then the brand new outlets don’t work cause they forgot to plug in the main chair plug into the wall….. had to plug in my laptop behind the chairs- there’s a hidden main plug but someone was sitting down so it was hard the move the seats an inch. The workers are still great and service is still as great as before. Even during peak hours when it’s super busy you can tell they’re trying their best. If you come a few minutes before a certain time during the day (not gonna say)nobody is here for a good 5-8 minutes which I like and I get my drink in 1 minute. My favorite Starbucks cause they actually are attentive to your order and listen when I ask for easy ice

I regularly frequent a Starbucks right next to my house. However, I will drive an extra 10 minutes just to visit this location. There were 3 employees closing and every single one of them were so friendly and welcoming. The service, smiles, and helpfulness made me double check if I’d accidentally walked into a 5 star dining establishment. Will definitely come back here just for the amazing staff!
