My experience at your location today was excellent. I work around the corner and visit often and have never had such great customer service as I did today. Thank you to the young lady working the counter today, sorry I didn't get your name. I ordered 5 blizzards which were made fast, correct & labeled so it was easy to know who's was who's. And thank you for the recommendation on the peanut butter cookie blizzard - it was delicious! Your outgoing personality and friendliness was much appreciated, noticed and was very contagious! I hope your boss recognizes your talents :)

I’ve been to thousands of drive thru restaurants and I had my best experience at this one. Knowledgeable, courteous, upbeat and helpful. The kid was all of 17-19 years old and was a pro. And the other young lady I interacted with was also very courteous and helpful. I was impressed. Well done.
Everything was great, especially the staff! They are very respectful and helpful! I always get their onion rings, which are wonderful.

We did drive through for ice cream. They had both chocolate & vanilla ice cream in stock and all the fixing you could want for toppings. Price and service were great.
This was my first time at this location I usually get my nails done around the corner and decided to stop in today. The staff was great and the food/ice cream was good. But what really stood out was the Assistant Manager, not only was she working in the kitchen but she was clearing tables and taking with customers. She came up to me and asked how everything was and if I needed anything. As a store manager in the company I work for it was great seeing another manager so what we expect from our employees everyday. Shows great leadership. She is the sweetest
Okay peeps summer is right around the corner that can only mean one thing lots of trips to the local Dairy Queen they have got the most soothing cool Refreshments you can find in Austin I love me some Dilly Bars. Friendly staff who goes above and beyond for their customers! They also love my dog so that makes me love them even more. If you need a sweet treat for you and your puppers you should definitely swing by for a pup cup!
Dairy Queen is always good, but this one stood out because of the exceptional customer service. The two ladies who served us were so great and definitely deserve a raise! Our food was hot and fresh and the bizzards were delicious!
Amazing drive thru worker! He is always so friendly and helpful! Often hard to come by now a days. Love this location!!
