My chicken and sides at this restaurant have always tasted good and been fresh. When I have walked in and ordered, employees have been courteous. The last time I ordered a biscuit, the employee even directed me to the honey packets. When I use the app, my food is ready when I arrive, and it is complete. I am happy with this KFC.
Not much for indoor eaters except during rush hours. Clean and tasty atmosphere.blessings

Outstanding service and we were greeted with a big smile. The pieces were small but they threw in extra. Just not as tasty as I remembered.
I dont know if i just got lucky on this last visit, but I actually felt like it was worth it. I typically don't feel like KFC is worth it after my last two or three visits over the course of a year, but I got friendly service and my chicken actually seemed like a normal size, something I thought just wasn't possible at KFC anymore. Was pleasantly surprised and hope this change sticks around.
If I find my receipt I'll be sure to mention the gentleman by name.

Sometimes a crowd but great place. Love the bartenders and waiters there are so polite and helpful
Went by KFC by my house today, never been before and its only like 5 minutes from the house. Isaac says it was good, i say it was delicious, I got full and it was under $10 whaat!!!

Great service good food no wait on extra crispy white meat at wells branch they told 25 mins wait so came here immediately no line because they know what they are doing in the chicken game every time i come here it’s worth the drive hands down best kfc in Austin for sure maybe even TEXAS!!!!!
Great service, great grilled chicken. Ordered all-white 3pc meal and I received 2 thighs and a leg, wah! I was already on 290 heading to Houston so I could not go back. Would have given 5 stars if I had received the correct order. Moral: check your order before you leave. Still, a great place to eat!
The crispy chicken was good. The potato wedges were good too
