Food was amazing! Aaron did amazing, I believe he’s the manager in the black shirt. As soon as I got in line he acknowledged me and right when he he finished helping me, someone cashed me out and he jumped back in the kitchen! Amazing leadership and customer service!
Honestly, I haven’t had a bad experience at this location and Jonathan was quick with my order, nice and the food was fresh . ( usually get way less at other locations so this was great)
We were just there in the afternoon and Sienna(sp?) was SO nice and patient making our kids meals for multiple kids. She was generous with the rice, noodles, etc. SUCH a nice girl working there, and wanted to make sure mgmt realizes that she is exceptional (I am filling out the receipt / survey right now). Please keep that girl working there and give her a raise! For how busy she was (understaffed), she did amazing work!! Thank you Sienna (her name is not quite right, but its something unique ...similar to "Sienna")
They need to be a little more courteous and respectful. Seems like their behind the scene work ethics is frustrating the employees so much, it's not allowing them to focus some energy on prestine customer service.
Food is good, they had all the variety but service was very slow, probably they were short on staff.

Awesome kung pau chicken and sweet and sour chicken fried rice was great
Black pepper chicken is the way to go I love Panda Express it's my favorite
