One of the worst 7/11 I’ve ever been to in my life, first the store was out of majority of the tea that they sell. The employees were very sketchy one was rude and talking very loud at customers. The other seemed to be under the influence. The customers were pretty rowdy and out of control. I never seen anything like that in my life and I’ve been to many places but this by far was the worst place to ever visit. Avoid at all costs

Honestly have never had a worst experience in my life. Customer service is a giant FAIL!! Stay away from this place. I am going to tell everyone I know to stay away from 7-11. They’ll never get my business ever again

Worst place to get gas. Pumps never work- either doesn’t accept credit card and insists you go inside and wait inline to pay or bag over individual gas stall as if not working. Started happening in the past year- I’ve lived in the neighborhood for 10+ years.

I visit the store 4 times a week it’s close to my job the night cashier an African American woman is always rude and controversial for any little thing just left there all I did was specify the location of the cigarettes I wanted and she popped off how she does not need anyone telling her how to do her job yada yada yada when all I was doing was trying to help all of my co workers have the same experience with the same woman we all talk about it at work I think she should reconsider a new career since she is always in a unprofessional mood I hate this being the only option to get a soda or snacks and having to always be bullied just to make a purchase attention manager

Every time I come here there is something wrong with this location and its the only one right by my job so I am forced to give them a chance. Sometimes i come in the morning and there is a paper sign(the same one mind you, it is a common theme) saying "sorry, closed" and the staff are missing or sitting outside smoking, only to be open for business in the afternoon when I come back at 1 p.m.! the first set of staff were woefully incompetent (but luckily they have some new people), the coffee machine wasn't on and then the next day it was spitting out coffee-flavored water. At ine point they had the supply closet open and a higher up telling them how to deep clean. Today, the door has a sign that says cash only. I'm not even going in this time. I've had enough, I only really show up for the sugar covered donuts and sometimes they don't even get those right!

Please fix your gas pumps. Seems like 9 times out of 10, they won’t accept my zip code when entered (press ‘OK’ and nothing happens; times out) so I have to go inside to prepay. There is always a line inside. None of the pumps’ receipt printers ever work, so I have to go back inside and wait in line again to get a receipt which shows gallons pumped. What should only take 2-3 minutes ends up taking 10-15. I work at a nearby auto shop and we frequent this 7-11 to fill up our fleet of vehicles. It’s starting to seem like it would save more time to drive to a station farther away to fill up.

Sometimes they close at night. And the guy doesn’t acknowledge that you exist. Even though he sees you. It’s very rude. I just wanted snacks. He could just say “hey man we are closed”. Very rude.
