Honestly not sure why there are some bad reviews. Today was my first time in and the food was really good with reasonable prices, especially compared to other pho places. Also, the environment was nice and cozy. I wasn’t expecting such a large portion but I received enough to get full and then take an entire to go container home! I also ordered an iced coffee and orange chicken with rice to go and they are both fantastic choices. The coffee is just how I remember from when my parents used to make it! The staff was incredibly friendly, I wish I would’ve gotten the man’s name but he was so kind and even gave me a recommendation on a place to get my favorite Vietnamese dessert. Overall, 10/10 restaurant, I will absolutely be coming back and I recommend others do too!

Pho broth tastes good. Chef's Special was dry and didn't plate as visually appealing either. Restaurant decor is nice and clean. Dining in wasn't a great experience, because service was lacking... the weird part was asking for napkins because each time the cashier/server would bring only 4 thin small napkins.
Introverts would probably prefer to order take out instead. It was very slow between 4pm - 5pm on a Wednesday.

I feel like their flavors beat other Pho places. I recommend their charcoal chicken vermicelli with egg roll and their Pho with extra veggies. Im addicted now. Lol. Newly renovated.

Delicious! Obsessed with the orange chicken and the fried rice. Very nice people & establishment, easily my go-to for lunch!!

This place NEVER disappoints! The service is fast, the food is delicious, and the prices are fair. This is great place for a quick lunch or small meeting. It's quiet enough to have conversation, and the servers are not at your table every two seconds.

There food here has been very good. Unfortunately their idea of service has gone way down hill. Probably not an issue if you are dropping by for take out but I was kind of attached to the basic dine in service. Oh well lots of places to get full service Pho in this area.

The flat crispy noodle are delicious and very tasty.
This is my go to place for lunch.

My favorite PHO location is OPEN FOR BUSINESS!! Love the remodel and new flow. Now place your order, pay, get a number and enjoy. great food. food. I've never had a bad meal and I've had them all. Love the scaled back menu, and they will still make accommodations.

I had great beef broth pho with veggies. Service was friendly and helpful.

Great food, portions are big. Flavor of everything I have ordered here is outstanding. No refills on drinks, but that is okay. Not the best decor on the walls or furniture. Has a cafeteria look to the whole place. Food gets to you quick though and place gets packed for lunch. You want to be there a little early or a little later to avoid crowd. My favorite place to go to lunch with my Co-workers. Try the fried dumplings and the #61

Stopped in for a quick bite after work. The food was immaculate and the host Genevive had incredible customer service. Will return for sure.

This was my first time having pho and I got the small bowl with flank steak. That bowl doesn't come with noodles at all so be aware of that. All in all, I was very hung over and this cured me 100%! I'll come back and try the bigger bowl definitely. Service was okay but it was more unassuming than other places I've been so it fit the vibe pretty well.

Everything we ate was fantastic!!! We got 2 different kinds of pho, the fried spring rolls, and the iced coffee and it was so much tasty, fresh, food for such an affordable price. 100% recommend in every way for takeout

Few problems. Ordered one pho with eye of round, brisket, and skirt. No noodles, extra vegetables, extra meat. Order came, only had eye of round, did not have any extra veggies, no extra meat. Pho was very under seasoned, no soy sauce on table.

Wife's coffee took 15 minutes to make/serve as well.

Disappointing.

Pho La la la la. I eat here for lunch frequently as it's a block away from my office. They DO accept credit cards now. Just to let everyone know. The ATM is also still available inside.

Cash only is a bad business call, but the food is cheap, fast, and good.

Amazing pho! I haven't tried anything else there since I am in love with their pho. Sodas are cans and they don't take credit cards, so hit the ATM before visiting.

Not just good Pho. Yes, the Pho is really, really good, but the the noodle dishes are fantastic too. Yum!

Great pho. Great for take-out as the atmosphere is a bit sterile / cookie cutter. This location doesn't skimp on the ingredients like some other local pho shops.

This is my favorite pho joint in town. Their broth is the best, not too sweet but still full of flavor. Their veggies are fresh and plentiful and I always enjoy a young coconut juice with my meal. Two very big thumbs up!

One of the best bowls of Pho in Austin. Very low grease on the broth and low MSG. Try Pho for breakfast too!

Just found this place by chance and it was excellent. Pho was both tasty and well presented. The best Vietnamese meal I had in Austin.

My new favorite. On a cold day, there's nothing I love more than a big bowl of Vietnamese noodle soup, and the hunt for the right place is always part of the fun. A co-worker introduced me to this this little place and it's my current favorite.

Just keep in mind they don't take credit cards, but they do have a cash machine inside.
