I will drive all the way from Leander (almost Liberty Hill) to this Wendy's on a Friday at 5pm because it's the only Wendy's I've consistently gotten amazing food<never cold or old, always fresh> and the customer service is above and beyond what you would ever expect from a chain fast-food restaurant. I've worked off 620 for almost 17 years now and I really wish I would tried them sooner. It's just so hard after all the bad experience every single other Wendy's has given me. Not this location, they haven't let me down yet and it's been 6 years

Manager lady yells at her employees a lot, shout outs to the employees because they always try their hardest. Seems this location might need to upgrade in tech a bit, idk that’s just me assessing the situation. Then again I sit back at parties and analyze the whole thing, I’m still fun though.

Update: the drive thru has been turned around! Service is now quick and accurate.
New management is making a mess of the place. It used to be great, but since the management changed over the drive thru system is barely understandable, the service is slow, and today despite the cashier taking my order correctly the order I got was wrong, if it was even there (had to go back around). Manglement has to step up their game or sell to someone who can, the food is good but the process of getting it makes it not worth it.

This is your typical Wendy's. Good fast food for a fair price. I did notice on my last trip that it appears they might be under new management. My wait time was shorter, service was better, and my order was correct. I would definitely return to this location and if you are needing a quick meal it is worth a stop.
